This guarantee is valid for injection vials and oral capsules purchased within 30 days of the refund claim. We charge a 100 TL fee to cover restocking, shipping materials, labour.  For short terms storage (less than 30 days), we recommend to keep vials at ambient temperature of less than 40º Celsius.  For long term storage (more than 30 days), keep vials inside household refrigerator at a temperature between 3-9° Celsius.  Oral capsules should be stored at room temperate at all times.  Keep in shaded areas. Avoid direct sunlight as it will degrades the medicine.  Vials has a shelf life of 3 years. Oral capsules have a shelf life of 1 year.
