Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the original purchase date to return any unopened products to BASMI FIP™. Vials and oral capsules must be stored in a cool shaded area, away from sunlight.

To be eligible for a refund, seals must not be broken. Packaging must be in the same condition that you received them. Your item must be in the original packaging. We do not accept opened or partially used returns.

Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. If you paid via bank transfer, the money will be returned to you bank account. If you paid via cards, the money will be refunded to the cards.

We will deduct 200 TLR from the refund amount to cover warehouse fees for picking and packing your order, shipping materials, labor, and accepting returns and restocking costs.

What is not Refundable

Shipping costs are not refundable.

If you paid with bank cards, 3% of the total amount will not be refundable. This fee is charged by the card and the payment gateway.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
